When can I expect my order?
The ring is made to order. The lead time now is about 3 to 4 weeks. The standard shipping time within US is about 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is 1-2 days. If need it sooner, please let us know the date, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Thank you.
Sizing details
We make rings using US standard ring size measurement tools. Please visit a local jeweler to get your ring size. It is highly recommended to visit two different local jewelers to get an agreed measurement. Or get a finger sizer to double check. Please message in for more detail.
Payment plan
If interest, we can setup two or three payments. After first one, each payment will be $3 extra to cover extra fee. I will start the making process of the ring upon first payment. And I will ship the ring out after I have the last payment and when the ring is ready.

I am so so so so obsessed with my rings! I have never ever received better customer service from the beginning to the end. I was concerned the rings wouldn't fit under my e-ring, but Gene took the time to examine my e-ring, the space under it and assure me it would look good. I was going to be out of town the day I was set to receive my rings and Gene shipped them a day or two early so I wouldn't have to worry about them being left in my mailbox. Truly an amazing experience, and beautiful rings! I wish I didn't have to wait until April to wear them!!
